Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup almond milk (or your preferred milk)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash and pat dry the baby spinach. Peel and slice the banana, and core and chop the apple into smaller pieces to make blending easier.
  2. Add Ingredients to Blender: Place the baby spinach, banana, apple, almond milk, and chia seeds into a blender. For a thicker smoothie, use less almond milk; for a thinner consistency, add a bit more.
  3. Blend Until Smooth: Start the blender on a low setting and gradually increase to high, blending until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If needed, add a few ice cubes for a chilled smoothie or adjust the almond milk for your desired thickness.
  4. Serve and Enjoy: Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately for the freshest taste.
